Bring your awareness to your breath.
What are your intentions for your practice? Be present. Be transcendent.
Relax. Drop your shoulders. Relax your jaw.
Om Mani Padme Hum- is a technique used in this practice to work on my breathing.
For a warm-up flow, my go-to is the sun salutation. It is perfect to do upon waking to get things moving but also is so versatile because you can branch off into so many variations.
